Hello beautiful earthling!
I hope you all are well. This blog post about our fourth day in Paris (well in Disneyland Paris which is outside of the city). It took about an hour and a half for us to travel from Montmartre to Disneyland.
We got the our Disney tickets from a travel agency in Ireland which were cheaper to the ones offered on the website. We still had to queue at the kiosk to get the actual passes. We didn't have a good time queuing. We queued for what it seemed like an eternity to get our tickets which was already been paid. When it was our turn, the staff closed her window on us. It seemed like she was very inexperienced and did not know how to handle a very stressful situation.
12 years ago, we were told to go to the Studios first since it closes earlier than the Parks.
We headed to Studio Tram Tour first since I didn't get to go back in 2005. It was so much fun getting splashed with water!
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror |
After the Tram Tour, we headed to the Tower of Terror. This ride was terrifying BUT super fun! The ride was going down so fast that we felt out butts almost suspended in air without support!
And whenever you guys ride this one, make sure you do not have any lose items such as sunglasses on your head or attached to your clothes because it will come flying all over. Good thing I saw my sunglasses just two rows down.
After Tower of Terror, we headed to Aerosmith's Rock n' Roller Coaster before the Moteurs Action. This show is not to be missed. We had a lot of fun watching the stunts and stunt actors getting burned.
Cowboy Cookout Barbecue |
We had lunch at Disneyland Park's Cowboy Cookout Barbecue. We knew that food in Disneyland would be expensive so we chose somewhere that would fill us and boy it really did.
Phanton Manor |
Temple of Peril |
Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast was such a fun interactive ride where you laser-shoot your way out. Too bad I got the lower score than my friend T__T
Disney's Illumination Show was scheduled for 11 PM so we just hung around near Sleeping Beauty's Castle and got hotdogs for our dinner.
The show was spectacular. I shed a couple of tears here and there as the nostalgia of your childhood hits you. Too bad we did not stay for the entire thing. But this makes a good excuse to go to Disneyland again and stay within the park!
